EOxCloudless Product Suite
EOxCloudless provides primarily global, cloud-free mosaics based on Sentinel‑2 Level-2A imagery. These are organized into two product lines:
- Viewing Products – optimized for rendering and visualization
- Exploitation Products – designed for analytical applications
Viewing Products
Viewing Basic
A minimalistic RGB basemap for lightweight usage. Delivered in a tiled layout optimized for fast rendering in low-bandwidth settings.

- EPSG:3857 (Web Mercator)
- File Format: Tiled GeoTIFFs using WMTS TilePyramid layouts[^1]
- Tile Layout: TilePyramid (zoom levels 0–13 for EPSG:4326, 0-14 for EPSG:3857)
- Use Cases: Embedded maps, offline thumbnails, visual inspection

Viewing Ready
A visually enhanced RGB mosaic, preprocessed with global tone balancing. Delivered as full raster files, not tiles.

Exploitation Products
Exploitation Starter
An entry-level product for lightweight remote sensing analysis. Includes reflectance-scaled RGB and NIR bands.
- Bands: Red (B04), Green (B03), Blue (B02), Near-Infrared (B08)
- Bit Depth: 8‑bit scaled reflectance, 0-1000 to 0-255 value range; dtype: uint8
- Spatial Resolution: 10 m
- Projection: EPSG:4326 (Geodetic)
- File Format: Tiled GeoTIFFs
- Tile Layout: TilePyramid (zoom levels 0–13)
- Compression: DEFLATE
- No‑Data Handling: Oceans and unclassified areas set to 0
- Use Cases: NDVI calculation, early-stage ML pipelines, simple classification tasks
Exploitation Ready
A full-resolution, atmospherically corrected product for advanced analytics. Includes all key Sentinel‑2 bands used in vegetation, water, and land cover studies.

- Bit Depth: 12‑bit surface reflectance, dtype: uint16
- Spatial Resolution: 10 m
